Is the video upscaler free and private?

What videos can I upscale?
Choose an MP4, MOV or WebM file up to 300 MB and 60 seconds long. Longer clips can be trimmed to the first minute here. The pre-check confirms whether your browser can decode the video and whether its resolution fits the selected scale.
Should I choose 2× or 4×?
Start with 2×: it doubles the width and height and produces a smaller export than 4×. Choose 4× for small originals such as 320 × 180 or 640 × 360, up to 854 × 480. For example, 640 × 360 becomes 2560 × 1440 at 4×.
Can AI upscaling fix every blurry video?
It can sharpen edges and make some textures clearer, but it cannot reliably recover detail that was never captured. Heavy blur and compression can still show through. Compare the result in motion, especially around faces and fine detail.
Why does upscaling take a while?
AI processes the video frame by frame, so longer clips, larger frames and higher frame rates take more work. Speed also depends on your device and browser. Keep the tab open, and try a short clip at 2× first.
What format will I download, and is audio preserved?
The result is an MP4 with the source audio preserved when supported. A silent source stays silent.
